Fistball is a game like volleyball. Two teams with five players each are competing on a 20 by 50 meter field which is divided into equal courts by a string or net, up to 6 cm thick. It is 2 meters high and tightened between 2 poles. The serving line is 3m from the middle line directly below the net. The object is to not have the opposing team successfully return the ball. Like volleyball, each team has three hits to return the ball. They may only use the arm or fist to strike the ball. The ball is allowed one bounce before striking it or it may be taken out of the air.
